Tool

What do these do?
Select — click a space to see its detail, or add it to the cart whole.

Draw shape — carve a smaller footprint out of a big free space, when the customer wants 40 m² of a 190 m² bay.

Punch hole — cut a void out of a shape you have drawn, for a column or a plant base inside the footprint. It comes out of the area, so out of the price. Only works on shapes you drew; existing spaces already have their columns cut out.

Move points — drag the corners of a shape you drew. Area, clear width and price update as you drag.

Snap

Where corners land as you click.
What do these do?
600 mm tile — corners snap to the raised floor grid, so the footprint lands on whole tiles. This is what you want almost always.

Existing corners — also snaps to corners of neighbouring spaces, so a new cage lines up flush with the one next door.

Free / diagonal — no snapping. Use it for angled boundaries that follow a containment aisle.

Ignore parent rule — normally a drawn shape must sit wholly inside one free space, because you cannot sell floor that is already let. Ticking this lets you sketch anywhere to explore an idea. It is for thinking, not for quoting.
